AtlasJet suspends all flights

Turkish airline Atlasjet has suspended its flights as of Tuesday until Dec. 21, saying the transfer of flights to Istanbul’s new airport had caused it cash flow problems.

Hopefully they'll pull through. We missed our KLM connecting flight from Amsterdam to Istanbul the week before last due to a technical problem with our Edinburgh to Amsterdam flight. They put us on the next flight and arranged for us to travel onto Istanbul with AtlasJet.

It was very good (apart from not putting my bag on the new flight but that was probably KLM) - nice enough plane, friendly cabin crew, good food/drinks included - but I would estimate about 20% full. And 4 of us were not supposed to be on it in the first place.
