Title: Got the Tickets
Post by: jackstee on November 05, 2008, 06:07:01 AM
Well we have finally got our tickets and will be leaving Pakistan to fly to Istanbul on 12th December. Charlie, our Shi Tzu, is also fully cleared to fly and we may ( fingers crossed)have sold most of our furniture.

We have rented a small furnished apartment , overlooking the Marina for two months. That way we can relax a bit and get our small house furnished.
At last, though cased by a unfortunate events, we will be settling into our new home.

Best regards to all and see you soon.
Steve

Hi Steve, Doha sounds good, been there a couple of times, fairly booming now, trying to catch up with dubai on the tourist side.

Good luck with the move.  Istanbul is Georgeous.  Spent 4 days last year. Must go back.
Although living will be completely different from visiting, make the most of the City.
