Help.
We are going to buy an apartment in calis,but are wary of handing any money over before the tapu,
I need as much advice as possible on the exchange we have been told to pay for the apartment and then we get the tapu 2 months later.
Its on a complex with many brits living perminantly.
I dont like having to fork over £1000,s of pounds to someone without the tapu.
But other people have done it on the complex with the same people.
