Title: How long IS a piece of string ?

I know that this is a VERY open ended question, but if I were to buy an "average" 2 bed apartment, in an "average" block, with a shared pool, how much would I have to budget to run it (food excluded) ?

Buy an apartment without a pool, it's cheaper. Just use the nearest hotel pool it's free ;D
