Title: finans charges ?

i have an account that my direct debit for electricity bills comes out of and have noticed that every 3 months or so , a charge of approx 25 ytl is taken for donem hesap isletim , ive translated it and its customer service account . can someone explain what it is and is this the norm . thanks

Yes I am with finans, and was made aware that there is a small charge for these transactions. We are only over several times a year so in our case it's well worth it, much better than arriving to your apartment and finding your electricity cut off.  ;)  ;)

15TL every quarter I pay Finans for paying all my utilitiy bills etc. But I think I will check it to see if it has gone up LOL

Finans bank charge you for having an account whether they pay your bills or not  :(

I thought hat if you had 2 direct debits it was free, I haven't noticed any charges on our account.

I have 2 DD's as well, having only just set them up in July I have as yet not been charged for the service. Hope it stays that way.  ;D ;D

We pnly have one direct debit .is it still not possible to have water bills direct debit ? Thanks

unless its changed in the last week you cant pay Fethiye water bills by DD. about time they got it sorted methinks

We pay our water on dd with Finansbank, have done for the past 2 years.

Tonysue - Fethiye water bills can be paid by DD - but not all banks are set up for this, Finans bank def' do it.

We took tapu etc. but he only needed the recent bill to set a DD up.
