Title: Long Term Rental

My neighbour has decıded to do long term rental for his villa. Questions, are their agencies/management companies out there that take on long term rentals. If so reccomendations please. This will be a year to year basis and he is lookıng for a company that can do the legal sıde and take on any repairs/problems that may be requıred and sort them. Or is a case of sort ıt out for yourself.
