Asthma in children
« on: February 26, 2007, 16:50:08 PM »
I have just learned today, that one of my 13 month old grandchildren(the other one is her cousin),has been put on a nebulisor. She is at home, but obviously hates it(the nebulisor). Her parents have a Jack Russell dog, which was purchased before she was born. She has been subjected to fumes from paint, both at her home, previously, and here,at our house, recently.Myself, and her Dad,have Allergic Rhinitis(a.k.a.),all year round asthma.I am really worried.Personally,I would get rid of the dog,and keep her clear of solvents.I will take this issue up with them at an appropriate time.I did not take Allergic Rhinitis until I was 8 years of age,and I know the quality of life that I had. That was 10 years ago.:D.Can anyone suggest anything? Her name is Lucy.Sad Alec.
