Do you have a view though Gordy as to what might happen? We have heard all sorts of rumours and do have a vested interest as we overlook it. ( the 'bird sanctuary' that is.)
My view is we will either be 'front line' or compulsory purchased. Naturally I'd prefer the former so long as if there is a tea house outside our terrace I can fashion some sort of device to bring over kofte etc!
