Give them the car as a gift, then they can drop you off at the airport  ;)

Interesting results....

We used to do the 50/50 thing & it was great - best of both worlds.  But we are now in the UK for the foreseeable...

I know my sister and her husband will spend much more time at their place once the kids have grown up - they are only littlies at the moment - but I can't imagine they would ever make the move permanent.

There are myriad reasons why I won't make the move now but will happily do so in the future.

good avo  scunner
being a member of the forum for only a couple of weeks
i must compliment you and all the team for such a fantastic site.
my wife  karen  has spent a good few hours reading through the
various topics and is really looking forward to our trip.  but
there is a but, she says it really scares her to read your pointers
throughout the site as she is convinced that you and i are carved
from the same block. same dry humour, short fuse, no patience,
shoot from the hip, take no prisoners etc etc . she reckons we were
separated at birth and looks forward to the reunion.  though how she thinks your the good looking one is a mystery.

You must be bloody ugly then

 ;)

Thanks for the (various) compliments, I'm more patient than I used to be though, 3 hours waiting to be served in Finansbank does that to you.
