It is unlikely to get off the ground - take the airport prices; they don't need people to fill in forms to know that they are totally repulsive to visitors.

As with most things, it isn't about finding out what people think, it's about doing something about it.

I wonder, is this going to include those involved in property sales too? After all, they are selling to those who are initially tourists!

What does "gypped" mean ? Can I get cream or ointment for it ?

It will only get off the ground if those who are "gypped" are not too proud to own up and report it,and then of course who pays the petition,court,notaire and translation fees and then six months to a year later pays for the air fair to come back and appear in court
