Hiya, I'm new too. Going to Calis on Friday 20th for just 3 days to buy a property. Anyone out there to give advice etc. We have been to Calis many times and feel the time is right to buy our little place in the sun.

No. I keep being told that we will wait till we get there as the market has such quick turnover, is this normal

It does have a quick turnover but I would try and arrange to see a couple of agent before you go. Properties can be listed with more than one agent and you need a bit of time to compare. I would try to view through more than one and you my find it hard to get appointments at short notice.

I am going with Golden Moon, but the sub agent in UK is Casa Bonitas, I have set up a viewing with Falcon who are based in Feteye, but the agent i am going with said that Falcon have a bad reputation.

Mete from Golden Moon is a member here although I have not seen him on here for a while. I believe I have seen good reports about Golden Moon and totally off subject we stayed in the hotel earlier this year and it was very good.

Cannot help with Falcon - perhaps someone else can.

Try using the seacrh facility there are some reports about Falcon. Be aware though that some refer to Falcon the head waiter at the Orient - easily confused!
