i just heard the belguim goverment were taking a big stake in this bank thought that ment they were in trouble im no financial wizard so ithought they had a few problems am i wrong

Fortis Bank is owned by Belgium gov. %99 as Mark said. If you can visit me I can give you detailed information about the situation now. Our rate is  %13.5 today.

No thats not strictly true, what I mean is if you take it today it is guaranteed for one month but it cant be guaranteed if you take it tomorrow.

We can serve 13.5 from 30 days till 96 days.  :)
I think this rate will be the same for next two weeks  :)
