Buying an apartment

We owned an apartment on Beachwood for two years when they were first built, an upstairs apartment looking straight across the valley, the views were fantastic. By taking the shortest route you can get into Hisaronu in 25 to 30 minutes. You take the left fork at the Yakamoz Hotel and follow the road passed the little persons nursery then take the second right passed the stone bungalows also Nicholas Built and that takes you into Hisaronu. To catch a Dolmus you have to walk back to the main road about ten minutes by the Cemetary at the top of the Hill. Just behind the complex is the Occakoy Hotel there is a Taxi at the hotel driven by 'Jimmy' who is available to drive you into the village, anyone on the complex will give you his number or his son Mujo works behind the bar at the Occakoy and can contact him for you. There are also a number of restaurants and bars in Ovacik which are only 15 minutes away. When they first showed us the complex we thought it was a long way out but we went back on our own and walked it into Hisaronu and that changed our minds. You can also walk in by the back route passed the Fly South 'runway' and the horse stables that brings you out by the Asena Hotel and is a very nice walk if you aren't in a rush. Phil

Garjanco, if you search on the site you will find recommendations but www.assuredestate.com and www.interturkestates.com are popular choices for many previous purchasers.

It's amazing on here sometimes, people take pages and pages to whinge about their builders but when someone comes on and asks about them, *nothing*

We bought our apartment at Sunset beach Club from Hanel House dont get me wrong had plenty of hassle, Tapu etc got it all sorted eventually and complex gets better each time we go back and personally I find the managaement company helpful but I know other owners have their own experiences in relation to them too.
However hindsight is a wonderful thing and I believe Scunners way of purchasing leaves the worry out of the purchase what with no deed no money so perhaps hes the one to help you.

Hi Garjanco, there is a nice apartment for sale, second hand, if that doesn't put you off, on our Nicholas Homes complex, in Calis just 10 minutes walk from the beach on the Valetta complex. don't know the agents or the owners but could find out if you're interested, it s a 3 bedroomed apartment completed July, 2006 on a small complex of just 14 apartments, the apartment in question was the very first one to sell so arguably its in the best position also.
