lawyers fee for attending AGM ?

can someone give me an idea of what we should be paying for a lawyer to attend the AGM , has anyone employed one to be at their meeting or is it not necessary ? thanks

We don't have a lawyer attend our AGM, but due to the fact that almost half our neighbours are Turkish, a translator, who normally works closely with the notary office, does attend. His charges are 60tl per hour - worth every kurus.
