We were impressed with Engin, when he was at our place we said there was a probably with the Air condition in one of the bedrooms.  He made a phone call and someone arrived within 10 minutes and the problem was fixed in about half an hour also got some gas 60 YTL.

Yeh we got that Rindi but after several unanswered calls, then promises to ring back and didn't! We thought we would try others.  Thanks for your prompt reply yesterday though.  Bayram is coming up tomorrow.

So annoying.  They were good when they came to us.  But by messing you about they have lost a customer and we will now wonder if they will mess us about in future.  If they were having genuine difficulty they should be honest about it.  Instead they messed you about, which I find insulting.  Ho hum, he has lost at least one customer, very short sighted.  Will be interested to see how you get on with Bayram, for future reference..
