Depends what you are looking for. Tadims on the harbour front is cheap and cheerful and the food generally good. Megri's in the old town at the end of the harbour is a bit more expensive, but a lovely place - the staff are very friendly and it's a lovely setting and good food.

If you just want a regular meal we would also recommend Tadims, my husband loves the tuna pizza.

Some of the suggestions are not exactly in,or on the harbour.Try the Arena restaurant,it is situated at the end of the harbour where the Beledye blue and green Mercedes bus turnround is.As you get off the bus,look to its front and slightly left.Its the first entrance to the paspatur and is a galleried restaurant,so just look up  It has a view of the harbour and the commercial quay.Arif is the head man(not the owner) but runs it superbly.

What are the meals like at the Arena now - we used to go there a year or so back when they served up absolutely delicious and different meals but unfortunately they left and someone else took over just serving bog standard food you could get anywhere.  Have new owners taken it over this year ?

Mosaic Garden for something quite different. Authentic eastern Turkish food. Not at harbour front - between fish market and harbour.
