sorry if i have put this in the wrong section but a friend paid my road tax back in march when i went to pay my council tax last week they charged me for my road tax again i said i had paid it but they started to speak to me in turkish which i did not understand so i paid i spoke to my friend who then went to the council and got me a refund so just to warn people to becareful:D
