Coming from the beach towards Gunlukbasi turn left at the top towards Dalaman and few hundred yards of their are two gravel places one on either side of the road.

Very cheap bout 75L a ton.

Hi. There is a place on the Sanayi trading estate in Fethiye. You can see it if you go on the Antalya road. Carry on past Gempa and the furniture shops. There is one on the same side of the road. Grey pebbles were 35TL a cubic meter and this covers 10 Sq. metres at 3 inches deep. Just asked brainbox here.:P

We bought ours from the yard on the left as you go out of Gunlukbasi towards the main road to Dalaman, it's next to one of the 'Beton', (concrete) companies yards. Just don't ask for 'Cakal', as it is only meant for concrete ballast!! You just cannot beat 'Hard Landscaping'!!
We had about 10 tonnes delivered for aprox. 300 Ytl, but that was a few years ago!! Barter, barter, barter.  ;) ;)
Gordy.
P.S. By the way, 1 cubic metre is aproximate to 1 tonne.

Pilot, ask ANY Turkish man, and I'm positive you will get it done, we put plastic sheeting down first for weed control, by the way. As we are now back in the U.K., I am not sure what the going rate is for'casual' labour now, but someone else on here will let you know. Good Luck. :) ;)
