« on: October 28, 2010, 21:35:37 PM »
hi all,

my dad has asked me to find him a nice hotel for next year, preferably in Fethiye and 4/5* standard. Can anyone recommend anywhere?

Thanks

I think room wise, the Delta in Calis is a class above.

We stayed in the Yacht Boutique hotel earlier this year as a anniversary treat for a couple of days.  Not worth the money, was in a rock hard bed, woke up at 6am both mornings with the staff dragging furniture around on the roof top restaurant above, had to pay extra for juice with the "inclusive" breakfast and we also had the worst meal we ever had in turkey!! See the reviews page here http://www.booking.com/hotel/tr/yacht.html?sid=6690e82b449b620ecb73ff6cc68ebd38;checkin=2010-11-19;checkout=2010-11-20 - I'd try the Delta xx

i would say the Delta without a doubt...

You say you dont want to share the same hotel, as you want to stay at the roof top suite on your wedding night, if you haven,t booked yet i would certainly do that as it gets soooooo booked up,
you would not have a problem with our guests there as you can have breakfast brought to your room, and all other food from the restaurant downstairs, and to be honest we stayed there last year for 2 nights and it was fabulous, we only left the roof top suite once for some food, with the facilities on the balcony you dont need to....

The Yacht Boutique and the Yacht Classic are not the same place.  Last time we ate at the Yacht Classic we were not disappointed the food and service was excellent as always. The hotel is in the most lovely setting and the couple on the next table who had stayed all week said it was one of the nicest Hotels they had stayed in and their room was lovely with a fabulous view.  They said they would definitely be back.  I know this place gets a good write up on Trip Advisor.
