Apartment wanted to rent

I am trying to help a friend find a new apartment to rent. She is currently in Paspatur and would like to stay in or near Paspatur / Karagozler. She is on quite a tight budget and does not need a palace, but something better than where she is right now which does not even have the most basic of facilities.
If anyone knows any apartments or a good trustworthy agent, please let me know.

I have a good mate who has a furnished 2 bed apart to the right of the tombs. It's a short walk to Fethiye main Dolmus stop.

It's in a good location, nice neighbours and has huge roof terrace with views of the sea.

It is 500TL pm plus bills.
