Traffic violation and i wasnt even in the country
« on: February 24, 2011, 13:26:27 PM »
someone used my motorcycle without my permission whilst i was in england
i have just received a 350tl fine and after going to the traffic police to prove it was not me they said i would have to pay the fine
Another case of the guilty being let off and the yabanci paying
I feel i have a good case to take matters further but i am afraid i will be penalised further for something i did not do

if i was to take a trafick policemans car and commit a trafick violation would the trafic policeman have to pay for the trafic violation
this is outragious
so why should i pay for something that someone else did
is it any wonder the yabanci feels persecuted

Okay just tell them who used your motorcycle without your permission and they will be liable. If you dont tell them its only right that you are liable its the same in the UK - your bike = your responsibility

It is exactly the same in the UK.  If your car is clocked on a speed camera the fine falls on the registered owner unless they can prove it was some one else driving and name that person.  If some one used your bike without your permission you should report that fact with name and address.  What would you have done if this had happened in your home town in the UK while you were in Turkey on holiday?

In that case may I suggest you employ a solicitor, take them with you and make a formal complaint.
