Hi all. Can you please tell me, if the misses brings over a cheque will the banks here honour them its for a biggish one, or will we have to do it online.

Better to either do it online or do a chaps transfer, cheques take an age to clear

Minimum of 4 weeks, and can be very frustrating. I would advise against cheques unless you hate yourself greatly.

Totally agree, I brought a banker's draft, took over 3 weeks to clear!
