Hello all.
I`m Tony and my better halfs name is Carol,we have holidayed in Hisaronu a few times and spent most of the holidays either in Fethiye or Olu Deniz which to the both of was pure magic.Being new members we have been feeling our way around your website slowly and found it a big boon to our confidence as you all know better than us buying abroad is one of the biggest things you will ever do.We have hunted on the web and recieved dozens of house details, but we keep coming back to Calis info and your site which has now our main target to buy.Any info you can pass to us we would appreciate. At the moment we are looking at £25,000-£30,000 but not totally sure what we would get for that ammount, but house details are starting to come in.We are hoping to come over shortly for a house hunting week ,depending on house avaliability and would love to meet you all.By the way I retire in 5 years,6 months,25 days and 46 minutes.
All the best
Tony and Carol  :D

hi tony and carol
we have just purchased our property in calis for around the same figure that you wish to spend.the apartment is a one bed with kitchen ,livingroom and bathroom.
keith and heidi sorted  us a property and we bought within the week.we are getting the keys next week and reading all the advise from other members helps take most of the stress out of buying.
as you say it is a big thing buying property hundereds of miles from the u.k but nearly everyone on this forum has been in the same situation and have all come through it..
wishing you all the luck in future brummyboy

Any questions on anything, someone on here will have an answer.

All the best Sir. £25k was my very top limit and I got a nice 2 bed apartment back in August last year for £23k. Some great people on here will point you in the right direction.
