Sorry.i don t know the Turkish name for this bread...Can anyone tell me where this is served with your meal as opposed to the flatter pitta type bread? Either Fethiye or Calis ? :P

the zayhra restaurant opposite café pazaar do the puffy bread. hope that helps

When we came for the first time on 2009, nearly everywhere served it. Not the case now.

George's on the prom in Calis do it as do Pasa Kebap in Fethiye.

2nd vote for George's they have an oven at the front of the restaurant where you can watch them making your puffy bread...they serve it with nice garlic butter... If you go you must try the Chicken Topkapi, which is my favourite of any meal in the area.  George's is always our first place to eat and Chicken Topkapi is my first order...

thanks for the replies,yes they all seemed to do it years ago and it s such a novelty.I ll make a note of those to take with me.  :)

It is also less common out of season we have found as a lot of places may not have their Pizza ovens lit.
