CBF Restaurants of the Year 2012 Certificates
« on: June 19, 2013, 11:16:33 AM »
Members will recall that we had a poll at the end of 2012 season to decide the best restaurant in Calis Beach and the best restaurant in Fethiye. This week, our very own Highlander ("The Laminator"   ;) ) presented CBF Restaurant of the Year certificates to the Meeting Point (Calis) and Mozaik Bahce (Fethiye), the two poll winners according to the noble members of Calis Beach Forum.

The Meeting Point:

Ahmet and his biggest fan

Mozaik Bahce:

The one thing that stands out from the feedback is just genuinely how much this means to the people at the restaurants - not just the owners, the full staff teams who are absolutely delighted to have won, by winning your votes.

The best restaurant poll certificates are something I would like to make an annual thing - and next year I am thinking of adding 'Highly Commended' ones too for those coming second (and possibly third) like King's Garden and other restaurants that received a high percentage of votes.

We all made two teams of staff very happy, just by appreciating that they made us happy. Thanks to everyone who voted.

it was a very great pleasure for me to represent CBF members in presentıng the Certificate.

And i can endorse what scunner said.

The first thing that both Nichola and Dogan and Ahmet wanted to do when i handed them their certificates was to share them with their staff. ;D

Great stuff.  It's a wonderful thing to do and H was definitely the man for the job.  Did he get his flights and accommodation paid for?  Hehehe!   ;D

Love the idea of some 'Highly Commended' next year.

Did he get his flights and accommodation paid for?

Yes, he got them paid for. He paid for them himself!

Congratulations to both restaurants  Both well deserved.

Mozaic has been one of our favourites since we discovered it 2 years ago.  Had never visited Meeting Point until May this year but can now see why it was voted No.1 in Calis.    :)
