Dolphin beach hotel (renamed Yasemine)
« on: July 07, 2013, 18:04:57 PM »
I've just checked the price of our cancelled Dolphin Beach fortnight in August
against the same fortnight at the Yasemine and it's double the price !!!
No wonder it was empty when we walked past in  June  :(

I went in there may and was quoted £58 per night for 2 people bed and breakfast , I said that was really expensive and was told the best price they could do was £50 per night in September , the hotel has had a really good makeover but rooms still same size small and no pool. We opted for the ibrahim bey at £15 a night halfboard and have not been disappointed , very friendly, much bigger rooms and lovely pool.we stayed in may for 16 nights and there now for ten and then booked again for 18nights in September

We ended up at the Grand Vizon in June - lovely place, we'd recommend it.
Only 10 of the 50 rooms occupied so nice and quiet  :D
Have rebooked in the Sevi for Aug/Sept - did a recce looks fine.
The Dolphin Beach is a sad loss though  :(
