can I pay electric bills online?

I have home in Calis ares, how can I pay my electric bills, can i use online payment? or only through ATM mashine?

If you have a Turkish bank account you can put your electric and some other bills on Direct Debit, in most banks if you have 2 DD's you don't get any bank charges.

If you have online access to Garanti bank it is really easy and in English, just keep enough money in an account and pay from UK using your electric account number (or you can set up a direct debit on line using payments option)

I take the point that it appears to be less than successful but I had believed that there was no means to pay council tax, other than by going to the Belidiye. Please advise. Thanks
