i believe that Guvens is improving access to the beach and other things according to his Facebook page; not on facebook myself, could anyone confirm what's happening at his/Carol's place please?

not 100% sure so dont take as the gospel but have heard that its the owner that's doing the renovations but dont know the reason for them.
