calis BBQ restaurant.

Has anyone been and tried the food here,i don't mean just off the menu but ordered the meat and cooked it on the bbq they put next to your table.Also is it like the places up in Kayakoy . Thanks for any info.

It is along the seafront passed the surf centre as you head to koca calis.

I think you mean Koca Calis Mangal?

It's The old Sands bar that Max owns. We saw someone trying the BBQ last year and it looked great. We went to a BBQ there one night and it was excellent.

Yes have been a few times you can get them to cook it for you ,or you can buy from them and cook it your self,or you can take your own food , like the fish market ,but you cook it and they supply all the bits and pieces ,i.e bread pickles salads ,i think it is 6tl per head .chips extra.

They do the same thing in what was Mutlu's 1881 Restaurant next door to Calis BBQ,now the New Escape and owned by Murat.
