Fab lunch at Guvens
« on: July 30, 2014, 16:41:51 PM »
Had a really delicious lunch at Guvens today. Called grilled salmon on the menu, it's baked salmon with fresh vegetables and sauce, really tasty. A bargain at 17tl.

Followed by one of their fab lemon and sugar pancakes I'm almost too stuffed to go out this evening   :)

We always love(d) going to Guvens but were slightly disappointed on our last visit.

Will it stop us going back.

Absolutely not - if for no other reason than to meet up a with two lovely hard working people.

Besides, if you go through to the area where the pool tables are you will see a Ross County flag on the ceiling.

What more from a holiday can you expect    ;)

Sounds nice Nichola, I hope you didn't leave our Dogan slaving over a hot stove at Mozaik.  ;)  :)

Ooh, I had the baked salmon the other evening! I agree, very tasty. We are loving Guven's, so chilled there, my children don't want to go anywhere else!

As, thank you, this is our first ever family holiday abroad, and we are having so much fun! Just so you know there is the odd thing I don't rave about, I'm not wild about the prom at Calis, or the ants!  :)

Tomorrow we are going to Dalyan; if I see a turtle, I might just spontaneously combust!

When in Fethiye, walk along the prom in the direction of the Tuesday market and where the fish & chip boat is in the corner, a huge turtle is often to be seen.

Or the other end of the prom opposite the Paspatur entrance, we often see them there
