Thinking about the Iskender Kebap talk in another topic it struck me that while we have discussed our favourite restaurants many times, we haven't really discussed favourite dishes too much. So let's do that

Iskender Kebap (Best at Megri Lokantasi I think, maybe Sahil Lokantasi)
Adana Kebap (Best at Ocakbasi Coskun Usta)
Mixed Grill (At Mozaik Bahce, nowhere else comes close)
Chicken Wrap (Frank Cannons)

Kokoreç - Anywhere.

Each Kokoreç establishment has a slightly different way of preparing and presenting it and, so far, I haven't had one I didn't thoroughly enjoy.
