The Pines on the Market Road also Zayra and Cafe Pazar are all good, been to all of them.    I also have a friend who recommended the Secret Garden, but we have not tried that yet, but it has been recommended on CBF.
If you go straight ahead up Baris Manco Bld  and do not turn at the Market Road you have Manolya which is an Italian Restaurant and also Shanghai Blue a Chinese Restaurant, both on the right hand side.

KathB- The Cafe inn is a very good restaurant  and across the road to the Cafe Pazar which is  more of a snack bar.

We love The Pines and don't understand why it is so quiet every time we visit.
The fish dishes are one of my favourites on their menu

We were pleasantly surprised by the Pines and thought the same as you Anne.  It was so quiet, but the food was very good.

We have been going to The Pines for the last 3 years, never had a bad meal there. It's usually packed for Sunday lunches but quieter in the week. Owner Tuna and staff all very welcoming and speak English.

We ate at Cafe Inn twice during the summer and both times the food was excellent. Larger portions and slightly cheaper than on the prom, and the meals came with vegetables which was a nice change from salad!
