Problem obtaining visa

We have been trying to get our visas on the https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en site; We complete the initial application which is successful but then either the confirmation e mail does not come through at all or it takes hours at which point we have gone past the hour that it allows you to click the link and proceed to payment. We are checking the junk folder as well of course.... We are not worried as we do not go until 20/5 but interested to know if others have had the same issue..  Howard and Marie ..

Try doing it on a friend's computer as i have heard about this problem before and sometimes it will work on another computer.

Whether you're using Firefox, Chrome etc can make all the difference.

Hi Sheila, sorry we didnt make it last September .. we were on a day trip that was delayed getting back ..; we are there this year 20/5 to 27/5 so would be good to meet up .. we are staying at the same hotel (Ibrahim) and same room as before .. not 5 star but family run and authentic .. Howard, we are there for four weeks this year to celebrate my retirement!  We are there from 5.5.17.  Do you have I pad or able to get emails while in Calis? I was thinking we could get in touch while we are out there.  perhaps meet for a drink?

When does your passport expire? If it expires within six months that will cause problems.
