  This creature, who killed 6 people while driving a Bin Lorry in Glascow, despite being told not to drive through health reasons

  was caught behind the wheel again 9 months after that tragedy and was today found guilty of reckless and culpable driving.

  He has been banned from driving for 3 years and will have to wear a tag.  HOW ON EARTH CAN THEY GIVE HIM A LICENSE BACK.??
