You'll need to consult the EPI for the price of Efes.

4.32 at the Post Office , you will get more in Turkey and the amount you need to take will surely depend on how much you drink  :)

Here is the Official Turkish Exchange Rate on the Dovis.  This is the Bank Rate so you will get a little less.  If you keep it on our favourites, you will see it changes every day.    ;)

Well well, it is Holiday time again and time for her annual thread on the price of Efes.  The most important question on CBF.  ;D :o

Bring all the money you have saved as you cannot bring anymore.  Anything you do not spend you can take home again.  Also bring a card for emergencies.    :) :D

Yesterday MasterCard was giving 4.55 TL/£. Your bank may add their own charges - so join a different bank for holiday spending!

Love threads like this  ;D

Arriving in August. I hope the rate stays above the 4 Lira mark, and that the Efes price will average out about 10 in the bars like Joseph's etc.

Thanks for the update.  13TL is a jump on last year for the front, but you can pay a fiver for a similar pint of lager at home in a city centre pub ( minus the view and hot weather)   :)

Turkonomics: Rule 1: If the numbers of tourists fall {e.g. by 30%} you have to charge the rest that still come more {e.g. 30% more} to make up your money.
