Folks
This is a strange one, i posted a few months ago ref a new Maint company and the consensus was All Aspects, so our neighbour and ourselves decided to with them. i emailed the guy who is doing the maint etc this season to drop off the keys, no reply, strange i said to myself, informed All aspects, they contacted him and said he will not drop off the keys until we pay him £700 as that is money owed, we probably owe him something for pool elec and water, at tops £60. I contacted him by phone and asked what was going on, he kinda hummed and hayed and said i am busy i will email you tomorrow, no email, we can eaisly get the locks changed that wouldnt be a problem but i dont want him to get off that easy. Has anyone got any advice as to what i can do legally. I recieved a reccomendation of a very good lawyer in Turkey, i think it is Suli, would it be worth while contacting her for advice.

Get the locks changed as a priority.

I concur 100% with KKOB. get them changed, the day before tomorrow, if possible !!!!

Get the locks changed and
'Name and Shame' the person currently doing your maintenance!

Yes get the locks changed, and say goodbye to him.

Waste of time trying to anything legal in Turkey I'm afraid

I do know people who left keys with a maintenance guy and the guy was renting out their place when they were away in the U.K.
So I agree with the others, get the locks changed asap and forget the lawyer, just move on.
