Given a lot of us have offspring of the age we wish we were......
I just had a conversation with my daughter who informs me that on checking she finds that she has over repaid her student loan by £500 (on a £1400 loan)
How come - well it seems the government only tell student loans company once a year what has been repaid so they keep taking the money, also in her specific case they say they had 'lost' some repayments.
I thought it worth posting here as you might wish to suggest your own sons/daughters/friends check theirs too!
Just another shambolic mess created by our government.
