Child torturers
« on: January 22, 2010, 19:50:55 PM »

The two boys aged 12 and 11 have been sentenced to at least 5 years for the torture of lads of 9 and 11, similar to the tragic Jamie Bulger case. The London Paper reported when asked why he committed the crime one boy said " there is nowt else to do "  [:(!]

Allowed to smoke 20 cigs a day, drink vodka, lager and cider from the age of nine, and smoke cannabis which was grown by his Dad,the case beggars belief. He has been described by a psychiatrist as very high risk and " in danger of becoming a seriouly disturbed serial offender"

No doubt new Id's and new lives abroad await

In my opinion the parents should also be banged up

Geoff - agreed - if they were 18 & 19 you would blame them but 11 & 12

Make the parents take some responsibility

Agreed. I can face most things, and I know this is very selfish, but I wish I'd been asleep or away and never heard anything about this story. The graphic details of what was done to those poor children is so disturbing even just to hear, I think especially for those of us with children of our own. My heart goes out to them and their families, who must have suffered immensely too.

I know exactly what you mean Scunner. I did turn the radio off in the car when this story came on.

For me, there is not a sentence long or harsh enough for these two animals, but one thing I would want is for the pair of them to receive some form of severe physical punishment for starters.

And I swear to God, if I hear just one person from the Council or any other agency involved, who are quite probably guilty of criminal neglect, come out and say that lessons will be learned from this case, then I'll scream:(:(:(:(:(

John
I just caught the tail end of a statement from social services they admit to making a mistake. According to the press they made 31 mistakes !
A -BEWARE OF THE KIDS- sign on the wall should have been a clue

Better get ready to start screaming Highlander, bet nobody from Doncaster Council will lose their job over this, and somebody from the Council is bound to say 'Lessons will be learnt' [:(!]
Add me to the list about locking the parents up, 11 + 12 has to be their fault.[:(!]
Not in any way defending the 11 + 12 year olds, but sounds to me like they never stood a chance with parents like this.[:(!]
Very worrying we have a whole generation now who have never experienced a loving family life or been disaplined by their parents and think their life is 'normal'and what they did is exceptable behaviour. [:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!]

How do we have "a whole generation now who have never experienced a loving family life"?

This is two children at the greatest extreme of 'family life' imaginable, no reflection on a whole generation at all.

It really is disturbing as I'm nearly 17 but still remember what I was like at 11/12. How can such awful things go through a kids mind at that age?

Really cannot find any words to explin my thoughts and feelings on this.
