4 months and still no answer from Agoda as to why we were allocated an inferior room to the one we booked and paid for on Phi Phi, Thailand. All they keep saying (when I contact them) is that they still have not had a reply from the hotel! 4 MONTHS!!! ARE THEY SWIMMING?
Use Booking.com - much better anyway
