Kitchen worktop repair

I have 2 cracks / breaks in my marble or granite (not sure which) worktop around my sink. What can I use to repair it and where can I get it. A tradename would be good if anyone can help. I dont mind buying it in the UK to take over.

You should ask at your local gravestone supplier. They gave advise to a friend of mine, but I think it takes more than just filling it. Think you need to sand it down then get it a finisher on it to polish it back up again. (She replaced hers eventually)
