As my son is a plumber, I remember him saying they don't have these at the Plumbers Merchants he uses, however, will check with him just how easy it would be to fit one and get back to you.

The toilets look just the same as the Turkish ones we have. At £199 they are expensive but not out of the way if you really want one.

My Missus has been shown how to do hand stands in the shower - much the cheapest option.....

Yes they can be fitted to uk system, remember to buy the spares as not readily or easily available in UK.  
We had this one fitted, very very easy and from UK, ideal for the time being.

Yes it does, but yet again make sure you stock up of the smaller parts to ensure it always works.  buy a bag of spares in Gunlukbasi for 5TL.  When we eventually drive down and back we will buy the loo. only 55TL in Turkey, even toyed with the idea of cargo.

Forgot to add, the B&Q in Istanbul sell them, yet not in the UK, looking at cargo from there, so far no luck, maybe later.
