Just be a bit careful, if you buy a new toilet with the bidet feature built in, the majority of these are bottom outlet (in other words the waste outlet is in the floor under the foot of the toilet) toilets in the UK are back outlet. With the kits you will be breaking UK water regulations (not that anyone will ever find out) you need to have an air gap between mains water and sanitary system, this is to prevent the possibility of toilet bacteria being able to enter the drinking water supply.

All good hotels in Dubai and Indian have very good system its like a garden hand spray which is very hygienic and so nice to use it is connected to cold water  ,but the cold water over there is probably a bit warmer than u.k.  ;)

You can get them with back outlet - as this one shows in the diagram (if the link works - if not it's picture 4 on the cheapest bidet toilet at £219)

Ye certainly cannae whack havin' the sheughs o'yer arse washed efter havin' a good auld pony !! It sure saves oan lavvy paper, 'n skiddies oan yer breeks !! : :) ;)
