Totally wrong on all counts... I am with Hoops man on this that the zoo management should be fired.... I would never ever have let my boys see that poor giraffe being fed to the other animals when they were small children....

I don't visit zoos. Ever.

Cannot abide to see any animal held captive that should be roaming free in its natural habitat. I always imagine the creatures are yearning for the jungle or forest or wherever and yet don't understand why. Too sad.

Totally agree Menthol,  I don't like Zoo's either, although it may see that in the near future Zoo's will be the only place to see some animals which man is now busy wiping out.
I also hate to see caged birds, birds don't belong in cages they belong in trees where they can fly free.
