Gerry Anderson - your favourite show

The sad news of the death of Gerry Anderson, brought back to me all the great tv he produced over many years.  Yes there was the big shows like Thunderbirds or Space 1999, but go back into the fifties and really early sixties he also produced some great tv like Four Feather Falls, Twizzle and my personal favourite from this time Torchy the Battery Boy.

And who can forget some of the great songs and music (usually by Barry Gray) from these shows. Like Thunderbirds theme, Aqua Maria from Stingray, and my all time personal favourite Fireball XL 5 still as fresh and singalongable as it was when I first heard it.

So come on what was your favourite Gerry Anderson show, Charecter (Parker) and song / music...you got lots to choose from.

I was brought up on all his programmes, I loved Torchie but up til this moment I didn't realise it was one of his , sad day.

Thunderbirds ,loved it, especially any  where they used the Mole, and the one with the "Sidewinder " on. Oh , and the glass robot on Fireball (or was it Supercar ? )

Joe 90 was another but I think to put them in order it would be Thunderbirds, Stingray, Fireball XL5 and Joe 90
