just to share my experience
i was looking for tickets for besiktas - tottenham match and contacted this company via their live chat. their prices are about 150 pounds, after little search i found the same tickets on the tottenham website for 25 pounds, asked the company person why their prices are so expensive and if i am missing something and their response was arrogant instead just explaining the difference. this is the chat script, decide for your self ;
