An amazing amount of money raised.  Also thanks to Pi55y for keeping us up to date as to where the money goes.  It is also ironic that the day these results are published is on the eve of the birthday of Highlander who has this charity deep in his heart, and who dreams up so many schemes to persuade us tp cough up our cash and support the 3Cs

Yes, we hope that it is a great birthday present for Highlander, who through his many hare-brained schemes which border on the edge of genius, has helped us at the 3C's  to raise a lot of money through the generosity of forum members.  I mean who else would think up an imaginary bus and have people paying extra for VIP window seats with extra legroom to sit next to special people who they do not know other than through the means of this forum,  to go to places that are nowehere - and it doesn't exist anyway  - sheer Genius

I am naturally very grateful to pi55y and echogirl1 for their kind words.
 
But please, please, it’s you the members of this forum (provided by Mr Campbell) who helped raised such a wonderful total.
 
I am fortunate to get the Minutes of 3C’s Meetings and the amount of work that goes into raising that amount of money is simply staggering.
 
So please keep this thread for praising the wonderful people at the 3C’s in Turkey for their unstinting, tireless efforts on behalf of those less fortunate than themselves.
