Sorry computer glitch. Has anyone sold property in Turkey from Uk. Just heard PM saying no international travel before 17 May at earliest.

We sold our property in Kaya last year through an agent in Fethiye. You could give an agent in Turkey POA to act for you in the sale.

   I used Ozlen Ozergin a Fethiye solicitor recommended to me by Cenk of Interturk Estates. If you look on the CBF search engine

   she is well recommended. I could'nt  travel because of Covid restrictions so she mailed POA forms, I got them Notored then the notor

   got them stamped and sent them to Ozlen. She then sorted everything, the monies, cancelled water,electric & council tax plus

   standing orders, finalised the sale then sent the money to UK bank. Absolutely BRILLIANT, all done by WhatsApp. She speaks

Thanks for the advice. Waiting to hear the buyers plans after Boris's proposed dates for travel.

We sold our apartment at the end of 2019 having set the ball rolling with Cenk and Olga at Interturk Estates. Make contact with them they are trustworthy and completely reputable.
