Title: residence visa question

could anyone please confirm how much you need to show on a bank statement (no regular income such as pension etc) in order to get a residence visa, and also how much an educational visa costs for a child

The advise we got was have at least 1,000 TL in a Turkish bank account. It was enough to satisfy the authorities and we had no problem

i have just been in touch with the Turkish embassy in london and they have sent the papers for an educational visa but never mentioned cost though
