Title: Maintenance and Solicitor Advice Please

Hi, can anyone recommend a solicitor in Calis or Fethiye thats easy to find and will explain things to me in plain english. Also we need to get a maintenance company to keep an eye on our little apartment for the forseeable future - please can anyone tell us of a few companies that are reliable and easily contactable.  Many Thanks  :-\
