can anybody tell me if and when i can return to turkey my visa ran out on the 11th febuary i retiurned to the uk on the 10th febuary didnt have time to get residents permit can i come back any time or after 80 /90 days ?

My guess is that as you will have to pay for a new visa that you will be allowed back in for 90 days.

Thats my interpretation on it too but my partner got a friend to phone mugla and they told him i have to return in 80 days this i dont understand what if i wanted to stay in the uk longer how can they tell me to return sooner ??????

i would of thought you can come back when you like if you get a new visa,
at the airport in turkey.

I take it you are referring to having the old type of visa that ran out on the 11th Feb?Dont forget that the new visa rules are now in place where it runs for 180 days and you are allowed to spend 90 days out of the 180 in Turkey, spread over as many or as little visits as you wish. There is a topic running on here already with a wealth of info on the new visa rules :)

A friend of mine had an old style visa that ran out at the end of january and had no problem comming back in at the start of febuary
 he was issued with the new visa.

That's because the new rules didn't apply 'til February.
